WINNER OF CRITICS’ CHOICE
Last spring, Hennessy and Men's Vogue invited readers to add their creative voices to the mix and share their talent in music, art, and film. The winner, announced at the Critics¹ Choice event in Miami, was filmmaker Roberta Pyzel, awarded for her short film profile of jazz great, Junior Mance. A native of New York City, Roberta Pyzel has a degree in filmmaking from NYU-SCE and is the founder/director of Dragon Rising Productions and Act II Productions, Inc., an independent New York City based film/theater production company.

Critics' Choice travelled to the West Coast in May for an elevated evening of high design, featuring a talk with iconic designer Philippe Starck and famed entrepreneur Sam Nazarian. Men's Vogue Editor in Chief, Jay Fielden, started the conversation at Starck's recently designed, S Bar in Los Angeles. Presented by Hennessy and hosted by Men's Vogue and Michele Caniato of Culture and Commerce, this exclusive event was timed to coincide with the Men's Vogue May Design Issue.
